Cebu Inmates dance Jai Ho

The Cebu inmates, the dancing prisoners from Cebu in the Philippines who became instant sensations due to their dance to Michael Jackson's Thriller, are back with their lastest mass dance to Jai Ho from Slumdog Millionaire.

Over a thousand prisoners from the maximum security prison have all learned the steps to this song and dance in unison.

In case you're wondering why these prisoners are dancing, it's not a punishment but a means for them to exercise their mind and body. These dance routines are the brainchild of prison chief Byron F. Garcia who uploads the footage to YouTube.

When the Thriller video hit the internet in 2007 it went viral and now has over 23 million views on YouTube, and was named by Time Magazine as one of the Top 10 viral videos of 2007.
