Celestial Steed and Lil XT Pet Available for WoW, Blizzard Store

The Celestial Steed and Lil XT Pet Released on April 15 for WoW From Their Blizzard Store

Today is an exciting day for World of Warcraft fans, as the new Celestial Steed and the miniature version of the raid boss XT are available to purchase from the Blizzard Pet Store. 

The Celestial Steed is available for $25 US and this digital horse 'lets you travel in style' as the description says. You can travel up to 310% speed if you already have one other mount that will travel at 310% speed but it will travel as fast as your riding skill will allow up to 310% so if you have some distance to cover, this may be the way to go. It can also travel on land and in the air.

If you purchase the Celestial Steed, it will apply to your present and future characters on one North American World of Warcraft License.

The Lil XT Pet is cheaper at only $10 but you cannot ride this character. However, even though this guy is little, he can destroy pretty much anything, such as the ground underneath him by stamping his feet and his stomping will cause electricity to be released in to the air. Same as the Celestial Steed, this will apply to all present and future characters on one North American World of Warcraft License. 

No word yet on if the Blizzard store will donate half of their revenue from these sales to the Make-A-Wish Foundation like they did with the Panderan Monk Pet according to MMOMFG.
