Oracle president Charles Phillips has admitted to having an affair with YaVaughnie Wilkins after billboards showing Charles Phillips and YaVaughnie Wilkins together with the caption "Charles & YaVaughnie"  appeared in New York City, San Francisco and Atlanta. The New York Post posits that YaVaughnie Wilkins is responsible for the billboards, looking for revenge after Charles Phillips reconciled with his wife. (Check out the url text in the NY Post YaVaughnie Wilkins story) The billboards contain the url "http://charlesphillipsandyavaughniewilkins.com", which is currently offline.

Who is YaVaughnie Wilkins?  YaVaughnie Wilkins is a writer and actress who has been linked to Charles Phillips since 2001. (YaVaughnie Wilkins on Twitter [Private])

Billboards showing Mr Phillips and Ms Wilkins have appeared in New York, Atlanta and San Francisco.

They led to much speculation on internet blogs as to what was behind the billboards.

Charles E. Phillips is also on the Economic Recovery Advisory Board.
Referring to him by his initials, the three-story-tall ad proclaims, "You are my soulmate forever - cep."
