Circuit City Vineland NJ

I cannot stand Circuit City I hope all the stores close down. There customer service is very upsetting. The last time I went to a Circuit City I bought a Zune and it broke the next day. I heard people complaining about Circuit city for a while. Many of there products are not good and brake easily. Some of the Managers and Csr's do not know what they are talking about. I just dont understand, if your working for a place at least understand what your selling. I asked someone about a game that came out about 1 month ago and he told me " I dont know I think it comes out next week". I was like nooo it came out already. I just found out from a freind of mine that they wouldnt sell him a game that was released today. The game is called Mortal kombat vs DC. The Manager said something about a block in the system ( bull crap), but they still have the game on the actual shelves being advertised. I only shop at best buy and so does everyone else I know.
