Civil Suit Against Facebook For Data Use

Five facebook users from California have filed a civil suit against the social networking site for its use of personal information. The users are claiming that facebook breaks state privacy laws by diseminating personal information to third parties.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday. It includes a request for a jury trial as well as damages and attorney fees.
