Couldn't agree with you more, seems like in business or life in general - The Strong survive and those who are willing and prepared to share their secrets of wealth and success tend to succeed by franchising their enterprises. Pity Steers was not there to pioneer its ideals to black people in the townships in those gone by years. The wider they can appeal to people of all races without prejudice and discrimination the more they stay in business. Its all about products, good services and marketing.
