There's been a great deal of discussion, often heated about privacy with computers and telephones. However, there's another side to that issue, as this story clearly shows.

A suspected killer's use of his cell phone helped Houston police track him down this morning and recover his alleged victim's 3-year-old child.

The man stabbed his girlfriend to death after an argument at her southwest Houston apartment, then fled with her son, police said.
