The long cuke is a Suyo Long - asian type cucumber. Very, very prickly, with ridges that when cut into slices, make a beautiful cuke chip! The others are Snow's Fancy Pickling cucumber. The smaller one is perfect for making pickles, but I don't have enough time this year, so will let most of them get just a tad bigger and eat them fresh or share with family & friends.

Suyo Long Cucumber is long, ridged and often curled, even more than this one. The other two are Snow's fancy pickling cukes. Fresh from my kitchen garden, July, 2008.
