DonkeyStream ? ? Is Now Public loosing thousands of members?

We made this site (Now Public) what it is today. When I logged on
almost a year ago, the only banners where the ones that showed us - the
citizen journalists - growing numbers and countries...  very
prideful to see.  we where growing against all odds. against the
corporate bullies.  Now instead of focusing on us, this site has
decided to promote the company with the most Cash..  hmm well the
fact that we no longer can watch our nnumbers grow is really telling of
the whole process. the basic idea is that we are somehow less important
than we were bbefore the Ad clients came into the picture. I have
recently been asked to delete a story on this topic and this is the
first time I have ever been asked (privately) to remove a
story...  We at the thinktank media co-op know this process all to
well. Its called censorship. and It allways comes with commercials.
Allways..
