That's good news for the falling market. It can work as stimulus for the world market. And latest report coming from Asian market have indicated that. Asian stock surged on Tuesday in line with Dow after the US rescue of Citigroup.

Thats really strange the market is still responding on news even though the layers know the fundamentals are not in favour of this kind of unusual recovery.We humans are never going to understand that greed kills.
