E-mails missing from some users' Hotmail accounts

Some Hotmail users posted complaints on Microsoft's online forum stating that their messages have disappeared in full or in some cases e-mails in their inboxes were sent to deleted mail folders.

Microsoft Windows Live support technicians were quoted by The Associated Press as saying that the Hotmail team is aware of the problem and working on a fix.
