Empower Network Scam Complaints -- Jason Waite Tells His Story

Facebook "Cracks Down" On Empower Network

So last night, a little bit past mid-night, I start seeing some interesting activity on Facebook, saying that the Empower Network has been "attacked."

No first thing, I didn't overreact. Well some people sorta' do those kinda' things...

I'm just so in faith with what David Wood, David Sharpe, and what our Empower Network family stand for, that it didn't phase me a bit...

You see, I see the Facebook attacks on the Empower Empower network, internet marketers, affiliate marketers, and the business community in general, as just an orchestrated way to clam down on an organization that is highly critical of "business as usual", and quite frankly I kind of expected it, and really it doesn't surprise me.

Honestly people can't say that Empower Network is a scam anymore, and there are several people people throughout the world who use media channels like Empower Network, and even bad ass media channels like Now Public.

If we as an connected internet community are too stay strong, we have to realize that there's really no power that can stop us. We're like Mercury. We're always shifting, and we're always moving.

So I'm not buying into the doom and gloom hype that the attack on Empower Network is a bad thing. It just shows how fast Empower Network is growing... and when things are growing super fast, things are surely able to "break" as David Wood said today in his message.

So what's our next step?

It's really simply...

Keep doing what we've been doing.

Facebook might try to continue to clam down on other communities, but I honestly don't think they're trying to, they just see their community threatened. That says ALOT if you ask me.

Tomorrow morning I'll continue to do my thing. I'll continue to blog. Will continue to brainstorm... and I'm sure the clamp down will last a couple of weeks, but more than likely I feel like Empower Network will be let up. We're on too BIG of a mission, and what we're doing for the people is just too great.

The Empower Network call tonight about the Facebook "crack down" was absolutely amazing. We have alot to look forward too, and what's happened was only inevitable.

Long live Empower Network!

Long live our people!

1love,

jason /"team freedom fighterZ"

Great opinion and standpoint but you are not looking at the facts. I myself was a EN member. It is a pyramid with 1 in 5 flowing up. Who do you think that flows up to eventually (pyramiding)? Dave Woods. Pyramids (no matter how they are desguised) are illegal in Canada and other countries. Adwords and Facebook do not allow EN domain in links. Why? Because 1) EN is cheap and annoying 2) EN is ILLEGAL. Answer: both.US probably won't go after EN, but they could.EN SHOULD be legal. But laws are laws.Do you think Dave Woods lives in Costa Rica for the surf? EN is a legal pyramid scheme and a loophole... I like the concept, but it's too grey area and contriversial which could drag it down before it finds success.

Joben,

As for your statement, you personify those that are skeptical with EN. There's a REASON why your skeptical. And I think this article/blog CLEARLY identifies the type of person you are to think EN Empower Network is a scam. ===> Read this article to see what category you fit in Joben.

Phil Miranda here... As soon as I saw that the Empower Network links were not functioning properly on Facebook I rejoiced. I rejoiced because I knew that our Empower Network family had arrived. You see, when the voices of 40,000+ worldwide Empower Networkers are being heard by Facebook, they have no choice, but to try and slow down the momentum, and it's not because the Empower Network links are considered "spammy" according to Facebook, it's my opinion that Facebook is looking at a way to cash in on the ad revenue a company like Empower Network can bring them, so they try to curtail the "free" advertising taking place within their social networking platform, and push us Empower Networkers into their FB PPC campaigns. This is our time to exercise our creativity, and prevail against such manipulating tactics being handed down by the likes of Facebook. Remember we are part of the "Empower Network!"

Phil Mirand,

Phil!,

Great point here brother. Yeah I think Facebook has cracked down because they know EN Empower Network is powerful, and obviously they wanted to capitalize, and or even "test the waters" so to speak.

I totally agree with your statement that this is a GREAT sign! ... 40,000+ FANATIC people world wide says something to the T.

In my opinion too, I think there could be other forces that would want to take down EN.

  1. Maybe competitors/Hater-aid drinkers?
  2. Is there anyone that EN as a culture is a little aversive to?

But yeah... in TOTAL agree with you Phil, this is an AWESOME sign!

I hadn't heard of "Empower", so thanks for the article.   The internet and good people will help to "bring things around" for the betterment of humankind.  I wish you luck.  I wish you well.  Work for postive change. "Do good."

I'm not sure why Empower Network should be any different in success and world-wide respect than Amway, Avon, Melaluca or other similar businesses.Empower Network absolutely deserves the respect these other business enjoy and possibly more because through Empower Network, one can learn how to promote anything, and is not limited to promoting only one product or company.  What's available through this business makes your knowledge of how to promote anything unlimited! For me, as a member of Empower Network, I can say that for the first time in my 10 year history online, Im learning how to market the right way, and the difference is showing in all my online activities!  Empower Network is directly responsible for that.I pray for the day when people seek out other members of Empower Network because they've heard such great things about it in the results that real people are getting, and that they're just looking to get in!Thanks for the opportunity of allowing me to post here and for the outstanding article!

I agree - Amway, betterware and the like are well respected. Why is EN being singled out? Fear?

I know I am a bit late on this post... But here are my thoughts... Facebook is like a cult in a way, its a cult that we have been sucked into. Even myself, I admit I check mine on a weekly basis. But Facebook does not want any online social network or blogging sites to become the "it" place to go. I have a blog on my recently created page called "IS FACE BOOK FADING?" I would recomend it www.empowernetwork.com/playitbyear/   it is not a fact based blog but it shows how Facebook is following the pattern of many other Social sites and will soon be a big foot note in history.

Hi everyone,My opinion is somewhere different: I believe that what is happening to EN is a good thing in the sens that it demonstrate the "weight" that EN represents to FB. On the other hand, I also think that we should brainstorm and find a way to accommodate what FB requires as good practices in order to continue to benefit from its network in a way that would satisfy all...Best regards.Axel

As a newbie to EN I am still on the outside looking in. I joined but I haven't decided to go all the way.  I read about EN, especially people blogging about EN. I have watched the 8 core videos and was impressed by Dave Wood & Dave Sharpe. I plan on doing it a 2nd time to really divulge the info. But I would like to say as far as FB goes, I never was that impressed by it, some people must spend hours posting their ideas of politics and humor, or family pictures (that's all good) but that's what FB is suppose to be all about.  FB should be kept as a social site to share with those you love and have known. Not to become a way of advertising to promote your buisness. My thoughts are why doesn't EN start up their own social site free to anyone interested in posting on it? After all isn't EN a team/ family?  We could all share our success or blunders, become friends with others who are in the circle (no matter what level youre into) and sincerely help each other to succeed. We could invite our own family and friends to the site with no sales hype! Just honest testimonials or direct communications. Then who would need FB? My challenge to DAVE WOOD is start up a similar site, only he designs it. I love that man! His thoughts are contagious and exciting!
