Family to Get Back the Ownership of their Foreclosed Home

A company in Oakland, Waypoint Homes buys and sells foreclosed homes in Solano and Contra Costa counties. It has recently sold a property to an Antioch buyer who had lost this very same property nearly two years back due to foreclosure. The Antioch family members are very happy to get their home back at an amount much less than what this home actually worth.

The buyer, Darren Gates is a contractor who is very happy to get back his property. He said, "We're so lucky. I mean it’s the kind of thing, you tell it to the guy on the next bar stool, he thinks you did something illegal."
