Ever wonder what it would be like to be a firecracker? Now you can find out. Videographer Jeremiah Warren (he of Space Invaders IRL fame) attached cameras to fireworks and set them alight.

The result: a fireworks'-eye view of 4th of July. The timing is perfect for Canada Day and Independence Day.

Check your local laws for fireworks regulations. Some places allow firecrackers that don't fly, others ban everything that blows up and makes noise. You can check on your state's status with the American Pyrotechnics Association, or check the fireworks legality map (updated as of 2010).
