Oil terminals at the Port of Texas City, the nations 8th largest port, have  reopened to inbound crude oil deliveries from tanker ships. After a week of downtime since Hurricane Ike struck the Texas Gulf Coast,  the C.V. Stealth is the first tanker ship arrival since the refineries shutdown last week. The C.V. Stealth is an Aframax tanker operated by American Eagle Tankers (AET).
