The foreclosure documentation dispute is now putting question marks over thousands of cases in USA after admission of wrong doings by employees of mega banks. In Marin County this has given courage to some borrowers to take on the lenders in court. The foreclosure documentation disputes have now struck Marin Court system.

One of those involved is Ingrid Robinson who had ceased paying mortgage dues for the last two years. Since 2009 the bank is the owner of her house in San Anselmo. But the backed by a ruling of the judge that her bank had resorted to illegal documentation, she is now planning not to vacate her houses. Sixty four year old Ingrid Robinson contends that the house is now hers. She only wants what is fair and just.
