None of us enjoy the increased heart beat and sweaty palms often brought on by an upcoming test, but what if you had no idea what was going to be on the test, what if you didn't know any "sample" questions before sitting down to start filling in bubbles on a blank page, how would you feel then?

As real estate education providers ourselves we were interested in gathering samples of real estate exams, that would be of value to our visitors.  This was no easy task, as it turned out.  In fact, it was near impossible.

After some intensive research we have found that the majority of real estate training providers have declined the opportunity to provide their students and visitors with a free real estate exam for practice.  Something has to be done about this.

A person must take all acceptable measures when faced with something as potentially life changing as the real estate exam.  Most states will require real estate schools to have a minimum of a 65% pass rate for their students.  That means that in some cases 35% of the students that take the exam will fail, if you were one of those students would you consider that a set back?

We believe that it would be a set back, a recent small study showed that a 20 question sample real estate exam increased the students pass rate by over 30% which is quite considerable.  This just goes to show that you should be studying a sample exam before you attempt the real deal.
