Verkehrsverbund Rhein Ruhr (VRR), a transport authority of numerous
cities in the West German state of Northrhine Westphalia, has
cut its
contractual ties to German national railway carrier over
fraud
allegations - costing the carrier €400 m in revenues.
The move comes at a time when Deutsche Bahn tried to
windowdress for
its IPO next year.
