Mojave, CA | If they were paying attention, travelers and folks in Mojave got a brief glimpse Monday morning of a Google Maps Street View vehicle.

Used for gathering images and GPS data and more, Google Maps' Street View utilizes several types of vehicles to bring together the fun and informative service that allows you to drop right in a street, by dragging and dropping "Peg Man" onto the spot you want to view at street level. With this tool, Google Maps it “provides users 360° horizontal and 290° vertical panoramic street level views".
