Search engine giant Google Inc was recntly canned into some trouble via their new(well, actually not so new) Andriod mobile operating system.

A person named Erich Specht was awarded rights of the term 'Android Data' In the year 2002 and now Specht claims that his company's trademark has been violated by Google and Google's Andriod operating system In a narrower view.

The Android name was first applied to Erich Sprecht's  computer company. In 2004, the company was dissolved and its universal resource locator 'androiddata.com' was lost to another company.
