This is a story that , without searching through tons of statistics made available through the US Census Bureau and the Labor and Statistics Bureau, could not be written.  Yet while an emphasis is placed on the requirement for increased employment in America, there are members of /America's most needy cultutre who are less concerned about the need for employment and are more concerned , apparently, about the glory accompanying being the first to pouint President Barack Obama in the right direction; to sign a Congressional Order to put monies behind an increased employment effort.  In Houston Texas, an employer whosde plans are to open the doors for employing several thousand people--historically unemployed--digs through piles of statistical research to compile figures pertinent to her plans for making these jobs available, some lard head, glory zealot who cannot produce a single job attempts to steal the lime light by reporting on data disclosed in the female employer's business palns (which continues to draw the attention of Houston's male population!  They are now and will be hard pressed to match her with even 1 job made available without her plan that has already resulted in more than 3 billiion dollars in outlays being signed into effect by Congress and President George Bush prior to the last administration's exit.   Is it the rolls of unemployment that black men are hoping to attack with jobs or is it an opportuinity to just get ahead in the game-- a head of black women--or 1 black woman who appears to drive the interest of black men in the economy more than their present leadership.  It isn't that the Houston, Texas African American male forces used the data compiled by Excel MArket Trends  market research and advertising company, but that, with it, they are also attempting to ignore and alienate black women from being benefitted by the President's recent politique regarding unemployment.  In the past, this type of exclusive discrimination brought one law suit after another upon the heads of business owners and managers.  Do black men now need a wake up call?  How, other than addressing the matter through the media can the harbinger of truth be heard; "Black men, after decades of waging war against discrimination in the public and private arena, is it really necessary for you, too, to be whipped off of the rather compelling , yet illegal act of, if not intra-racial discriminations, then gender prejudices,  against another member of the American culture and your own ethnic culture for greed's sake?

If the records of the past are not sufficient to direcdt the actions of today's powwer force, then we can antiocipate a total abrogation of a culture which at this time does far less than the amount of self-sufficiency required to stand with economic dignity and independence in this present day American society.  I can blurt out statistic after statistic; that compared to at least 12 million American employed by Hispanic , white and Asians who own several thousand firms which earn into the billions of dollars annually, how long will it take black men --if alone-- to even the playing field when , right now (2008) they can only account for 24,000 employees in 10,000 firms and receipts are less than 5 million dollars a year.   Black men live in fear of hearing their mother's voices of leadership so they will not listen to black women.  We donot know why--it was them who placed black women in the leadership role at the head of black families, in the first place!  Today, black women don't want to hear the dumb stuff.  Niether of us are winning from this vantage point.  They must be made to accept working in unity and that it is the only way, because divided,  we're conquered!
