No, Herman, YouTube didn't CENSOR you. In reality, enough viewers complained about the clip that YouTube's automated moderation system sprang into action.

Is it that surprising that an ad showing fluffy bunnies launched into the air and blown up by a skeet shooter would draw ire from the web at large? 

At any rate, the ad, which is apparently trying to make the argument that economic stimulus is a Very Bad Thing, was reinstated. This means that you, too, can see Herman Cain's exploding-rabbit video. Goody.
