Honda Auto Cong Hoa continues to be Honda Vietnam’s leading dealer

2008 was a good year for operations in Honda Auto Cong Hoa due to continuous efforts of the whole team. In the annual evaluation for After Sales Service and Customer Satisfaction held by Honda Vietnam in February 2008, Honda Auto Cong Hoa obtained the result of 97/100 points overall and became the leading dealership in the Honda Vietnam system. During the year, Honda Auto Cong Hoa kept on trying to renovate the dealer’s image to improve customer service quality by supplementing and upgrading equipment; improving capability in checks, repairs, and paint; renovating the dealership showroom and customer service lounge.

The company’s focus is to provide customers with the best products and services meeting Honda’s international standards. As a result, Honda Auto Cong Hoa continued to receive more awards at ceremonies and contests organized by Honda Vietnam. Honda Auto Cong Hoa holds its position as Honda Vietnam’s leading dealer with the Award of Number One Sales from March to July of 2008.
