Our client is a well known global packaging manufacturer, they had an issue with putting expensive Industrial Computers on the shop floor for data collection. When they had any hardware issues, they would have to wait at least 5 hours for the technicians to come out and fix the problem, costing them financially in production down time.

So they decided to give a protective PC enclosure a go, it worked so well protecting the standard computers from dust and fluid that they rolled it out, across their network of 15 european sites. 

The IT Director told us, "you saved us over £65,000  with just 1 phone call", this was the maintenance contract for the industrial Computers.
