storage tank and environment oxygen, no moving parts.
The stack is separated by expensive membranes. Simply

Can I produce clean solar Hydrogen myself?
Yes, you can, make a simple test for solar
home electrolyser. Take a glas of water
bring the end of the solar cell copper
cables with 5 cm/ 1.5 inches distance into the water,
after 5 seconds bubbles show up in the water.
The Hydrogen bubbles are the ones at the Minus
Oxygen the Ones at the Plus. Don't forget your
solar cell needs sun, use any 12V, 3V what you have.
If not simulate wit a simple Little AA or AAA battery
to see the effect. In reality the bubbles are collected
in a part like a jar, then compressed and stored in
propane gas bottles or liquid Hydrogen for more density.
