Internet shopping has become a fashion, pay online and have it shipped right to your door without having to walk around store's looking for the perfect shirt, camera or gift for a family member. With that being said are you at risk of being taken for granted? Yes you are. Over the last 6 months i have been window shopping for my perfect professional camera. Its been a tough decision and actually quite stressful. I've probably been on every website on the internet, just like anyone else would if they were about to drop a stack of money on something that expensive.

I found a few sites to be extremely wary of and the way i was treated on the phone was absolutley rediculous.

The first website was www.swoopo.com  This website is joke, they make you pay 0.75c for each bid you place which raises they bid 1c, and if the auction is about to end and someone else bids the auction time doesnt end like it should. As soon as i looked at it i checked it with the Better buisness website and it ranked D.

The next website was pretty nice, seemed pretty nice to be honest. A company called Cameragiantinc. So i found an amazing price and called them. My patience was growing rather short after i waited on hold for 15 minutes. A man answered the phone, i explained to him what it was i wanted. His reply was to put me on hold for another 15. He answered again saying "hello". By this time i was pretty much furious, he then stated that the camera i wanted wouldnt be available for another 3 weeks. I asked him why it said that it was in stock and why they offer next day shipping if it isn't really there in the first place. I also stated that he hadn't answered my questions about the product. His reply "Take care of yourself and have a nice day". http://www.cameragiantsinc.com  is the website.

If something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Dont get suckered like other people have because of impulse.

No matter what product you are shopping for online check them out at www.BBB.org  and search the buisness before you spend money you probably will never see again. Read the report and look for the rating. Dont be the next victim of someone elses get rich quick scheme.

I also found another story of one mans hassles with online companys, they even went as far as threatening this man's life.  http://thomashawk.com/2005/11/priceritephoto-abusive-bait-and-switch-camera-store.html

I've had a look at the swoopo.co.uk website before and I had to laugh.
If you didn't win your item and spent all that cash you would not be happy - how raging would you be!!!
