Most working-class people think of conspiracies after suspicious deaths as occurrences limited to the higher-ups. But that is not true. It sometimes happens to middle- and lower-economic classes if the higher-ups want to suppress news about a given death.
Last night, the censorship used to contain news about the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally ill brother, Larry Neal, who died mysteriously in Memphis Shelby County Jail reached an all-time high! Even Google is being used. I was locked out of my Yahoo email box for 48 hours "for my own good" due to illegal activity, the Yahoo statement said. I have sent myself plenty of emails from my other email accounts to Alarms for Justice, a social network at NING, but my NING email box is EMPTY! My handicapped brother's death was never to be publicized, and apparently The Cochran Firm was enlisted to ensure that damages were never paid to his family. http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com

Just like I told the world on the Cochran Firm Fraud 1and 2 videos at YouTube, folks ought to treat people right and then there would be nothing to hide. You cannot hide the TRUTH. God is the truth, the way, and the light! No one is powerful enough to hide God.
"THEY" SEND ME PLENTY OF DEATH THREATS TO MY EMAIL BOXES. I get pictures of poisoned dogs, threats of induced cancers, threats to kidnap my family members, lots of life insurance ads, and even coffin ads!
Here are the things I did online within the last 48 hours - things that the higher-ups involved in the cover-up regarding my brother's secret jail death and those who profit from America's high incarceration rate want to hide.

The Yahoo lockout could be caused by the fact that I discovered MLK is STILL BEING CENSORED 41 YEARS AFTER ASSASSINATION, and I updated my article about it last night and tied in info about the march.

I appreciate Yahoo protecting my account, but it appears to me that Yahoo should accept my emails and save them until the lockout period "for my own protection" is over. But instead, emails were being returned to senders with a message stating that my email box is temporarily suspended.

Mainstream media is a big letdown to me. I studied journalism, but I am glad I never started a career in that field. I would not be successful or safe as a journalist working in a culture where mainstream media delivers only government-approved news. It would be difficult for me to completely ignore news that The Cochran Firm had denied the existence of its Atlanta office in court while continuing to do business every day in the location the law firm called non-existent in court. I could not be a journalist who ignores secret deaths of sick citizens in county jails and their families having to run for their lives for asking what happened to them. I would publish news of the PRISON TORTURE GOING ON RIGHT HERE WITHIN THE USA. That would probably land me in as much hot water as I am for writing articles about these atrocities in citizens media. I certainly would never have gotten to be a media higher-up, that's for sure!
My blogging about justice issues and the related censorship all began with folks trying to hold it down about Larry, who was secretly arrested until death in Shelby County Memphis Jail, and the USDOJ helped with the cover-up instead of doing its job and protecting the rights of institutionalized persons. The higher-ups treated my acutely mentally ill brother, Larry Neal, and his family after his secret jail death worse than the detainees in the overseas War on Terror camps, and they are still doing it. The higher-ups' chance to hold it down was while we were in court against The Cochran Firm for defrauding my family - TWICE. That duplicitous law firm was actually working for Shelby Co. In 2006, Georgia Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob said, "What Cochran Firm? Can't sue them - there is no such thing in Georgia. Case dismissed!" Look out of your window, Judge Shoob! It is that law firm right there - within spitting distance of your judge's chambers! It's the same law firm that six months after Judge Shoob's 2006 ruling of "non-existent for lawsuits" contracted to represent Kathryn Johnston, the 92-year-old black woman Atlanta police killed in a hail of 39 bullets in her own home. It is the same law firm that undertook representing the family of a young Mississippi football star, Billey Joe Johnson. None of these families who made allegations of police wrongdoing got decent representation, as far as I know.
The second judge to hear our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, Judge Timothy Batten of USDC, said "Lawyer fraud is 'immaterial' to proving the firm committed malpractice against your family - holding your wrongful death case inactive 10.5 months of the 12-month statute of limitations in Tennessee. It is "immaterial" that the lawyers were writing lying letters to you and your 80-year-old mother about legal work being done while actually doing nothing to carry forth Larry Neal's wrongful death case against Memphis Shelby County Jail -- completely immaterial! And absolutely not -- I will NOT allow you to carry this forth before a jury of your peers. Nothing presented before this court represents anything approaching wrongdoing. Who do you think you are?"
First of all, Judge Batten, "breach of contract" is what our lawsuit was filed as. Call it what my elderly mom and I saved and paid USDC $350 to file called it, please sir.
The perjury (redacted documents presented as authentic) that The Cochran Firm entered into the record at USDC is also "immaterial" and apparently acceptable to the USDC. The TN Bar thought so, too.
The world discovered lately that illegal behavior is usual and ordinary and obviously considered acceptable in America for the higher-ups – especially involving prison torture and deaths followed by conspiracies of silence. Also considered acceptable is the stalking of Larry Neal's family members, particularly Mary Neal. I am followed and frequently accosted when I leave home, but police will not investigate these terrorist acts. Meanwhile, the USDOJ, the federal agency that is paid from MY FAMILY'S TAX MONEY AND YOURS, either puts me on permanent hold or ignores my emails instead of doing its job and investigating Larry Neal's wrongful death and the elaborate cover-up by the higher-ups and his family's intimidation for asking what the jail (that was under USDOJ overview) did to him. I did not even try to contact the USDOJ until after the CHANGE.
All of these illegal, unethical, dirty, underhanded dealings are considered "immaterial," because neither Larry Neal, his aged mother, nor I or any other of Larry’s family members are "higher-ups." ARE YOU A HIGHER-UP?

NOTE: Because (1) some of my links at this article at NING were deactivated necessitating that I replace same again with live links, and because (2) my NING email account, MaryNeal577@AlarmsForJustice.Ning.com has no emails despite my sending numerous posts to that mailbox, I assume that (3) the electronic notices of the announcement for the Human Rights for Prisoners March in Atlanta on May 16 that were sent from NING may not have gone out in their entirety. I have more than 2,000 people in my Yahoo email box and sent the notices to them all. I anticipated getting back scores of daemon mail notices, but I received less than ten.
The next couple of lawsuits may be directed to those who seem to assist in suppressing my First Amendment right to free press. Because the notices involve the peaceful assembly of persons to petition our government for a redress of grievances, withholding notification would also appear to infringe on that important liberty. If this was done by any public service, my advice is to release the notices. If the online networks are unaware that their public services are being used to censor Mary Neal, then during the course of the lawsuits against them, they must use their resources to trace the censorship, which I will prove with film and in print, unless they prefer to pay damages and/or face negative public exposure (the NWO has some courts sewed up, in my experience).
The solution for justice is the same today as Rev. King suggested four decades ago. America must be true to what was said on paper and actually become a nation with equal justice for all. If freedom of press and the right to peacefully assemble and petition our government for a redress of grievances have been withdrawn from American citizens, then CHANGE THE PAPER. Otherwise, I'm going to try to hold folks to that standard. Too many people have suffered and died for U.S. citizens to have these rights to passively ignore attempts to deprive us of them without protesting the loss of freedom in America. If enough people whose notices may have been witheld are interested in joining me, we have grounds for a class action suit. That is because if my addressees' invitations to a peaceful public assembly were deliberately withheld, it would appear to me that their First Amendment rights were also violated. Of course, I never took Constitutional Law. What do you think? It's worth a few phone calls, I BELIEVE.

Yep, you are right about my computer having a virus. I learned how to disconnect the wireless card now, though, so my computers don't get attacked as easily. As far as my head is concerned, I KNOW I EXIST.
On the other hand, The Cochran Firm's exists only when suing other folks, but it ceases to exist in its Atlanta office when caught in fraud and the law firm itself becomes a defendant. Talk to The Cochran Firm about head problems - and the judges who must have been as sick as them - caught the "non-existent Cochran Firm" disease.

In addition to leaving a VM with the Assistant Atty. Gen. of the USA, which her VM said she would answer within 24 hours, I just called the FBI Atlanta, and I am told I should call back in 10 min. and the person who answered will have someone for me to speak with regarding the criminal activity that is going on to prevent my right to free speech and free press. Bear in mind that when we served The Johnnie Cochran Firm its lawsuit - which service was facilitated by my niece, Sharon Neal, in Memphis, TN, the FBI sent agents out to her home to seemingly intimidate her - ask her about nude dancing! - a 45 year old grandmother, and she was fired from her government job with no explanation after serving suit against The Cochran Firm.:

NowPublic, I know that the services I use may not be aware of the things that happen. But this service is being used to suppress me like the others. When I hit the "email" button on this article, the screen goes black. When I hit the "email" button on the Human Rights for Prisoners March article and some of my other articles, the report usually says "an email address does not look right" until I have deleted each one. Amy or Cypresso usually have to send my emails from NP for me to get my articles outside this site.

The FBI agent said I should come and bring my proof of the stalking (of which I have legions) and put in the report. I asked why I am able to call 911 and not get a response timely from the police when accosted by up to four vehicles and a US DOT truck. He said he does not know, maybe they don't believe me. Ha! I said I have affidavits. He did not reply.
I said the time has come that the United States Government will either acknowledge there are no equal rights or it will do right by the Neal family and stop protecting criminals.
He said he does not know if he will be able to help me. I said that I would make the FBI report and I understand he might not be allowed to help, because no one has helped in over five years. But I want to put it on record, because it is time up for all the lies. Either be what is said on paper or admit where we really live.

That is all you can do with a wrongful death case, counselor - sue for money. Y'all are unlikely to be able to raise the dead, after all, no matter how god-size your egos are. Since you protected Shelby Co. Jail by holding our wrongful death lawsuit inactive, and actually used U.S. MAIL to send us lying letters claiming to be doing legal work that you were not doing and never intended to do, you must replace our original defendant.
I am sure Shelby Co. appreciates you making intercession for them like Jesus did for all who answer his invitation. After all, it is serious business to secretly arrest a private citizen, lie repeatedly about having him because you know he has a heart condition and totally ignore his missing person report until he is dead and cannot bother you singing loud outside any longer. Murder is a serious offense. Nice of you to stand in the gap for Shelby Co. Jail.
Nice of the USDOJ to allow Shelby Co. Jail to omit reporting about Larry's death on its mandatory reports to that agency while the USDOJ was in "overview" to protect the rights of inmates there. The USDOJ refuses to investigate Larry's death because he was only a mentally ill black man - not as worthy as Michael Vick's dogs, apparently.
You will note, counselor, that I offered people the opportunity to HELP ESTABLISH an organization. We never claimed to have a non-profit organization. In fact, we never went ahead and tried to get non-profit status. I have to check and see if a non-profit org. can keep putting forward the Word of God, because you people who are in charge around here in America need to read and hear much more of it! Only problem is that you decided to lie and not actually stand there in the gap for Shelby Co. Jail. You renegged and decided to just go to court and commit outright perjury (I suppose you knew it would be acceptable in GA courts - I did not). Claiming non-existence in the State of Georgia while you remained open for business each and every day was something I have to tell you - such a thing never crossed our minds! When you came up with that, we laughed, assuming the judge was actually judicious. But evidently, lots of lawyers are like the jokes people love to tell - at least the ones I met along our quest for justice are. Y'all are something else!

And you are absolutely right - We want our money - our rightful damages. Actually, the way I have suffered stalking in person and online ever since serving suit in federal court - another joke! - the damages should be significantly more. Just look at it this way, if people did not sue for damages after gross wrongs like the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and the conspiracy of cover-up by the higher-ups that followed, where in the heck would you be? You might be unemployed like me, and it is hard to go looking for jobs with folks following me all the time, too. Just look at all the affidavits in our USDC case before you try to throw doubt on that claim, counselor. I have more affidavits to pick up before seeing y'all in court again. If we get another judge like the last two, at least it will be another chapter in our bestseller.

Now I know I have wasted my time answering you at length as I did at the MARY NEAL REQUESTS MEETING WITH USDOJ article here at NP. If you were an attorney as I presumed, you would certainly know that the USDC case file has affidavits by others who witnessed my stalking - both in person and on computer.
If you were with the government or The Cochran Firm, you would know I have the security report from the building where I worked describing the night the guard walked me to my car after 10:00 p.m. and we discovered a man was hiding in his vehicle which was parked beside mine. You would surely know that Cochran Firm attorney Angela Mason slipped up and reported to USDC the color of the vehicle that followed me most often in Jan. and Feb., although I never told anyone the color.
So obviously, you are just who you claim to be - an anonymous person with too much time on your hands.
Whenever you feel the urge to communicate with me again, re-read something I already wrote. I have no more time to waste. Your comments were useful in a way. Maybe others needed more verification of the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, also, and the conspiracy by higher-ups that has kept his death without investigation and resolution for almost six years. In fact, no one in authority will try to explain or resolve it - they just say, "no comment" when asked about Larry Neal. That in itself proves the cover-up. Who ever heard of someone dying in jail and absolutely NO explanation or records given? No one this century, that is for sure - except those poor men and boys in the War on Terror camps. They were treated similarly, and lately, it looks more and more like their abuse may require accountability to a small degree.

My goodness! After answering that last post, our lights went out. I thought the folks were coming! I said, "Slow down, Sojourner Truth! Better chill out, girl." She doesn't listen. She wants justice. Grabbed a candle and waited to type again.
Sometimes the viruses folks send to my computer don't take effect until the computer is rebooted. When I discovered that, I stopped shutting my computers down when I am done for the day. That may be why the lights went out - I guess I will find out over the next couple of days. The computer shops in Atlanta love Mary Neal, I'll tell you that! Every time I look around the folks have taken over the administrator role of another computer of mine. Anyone would think they had no respect for other people's property - like they have none for other people's lives.

Maybe you really are not an attorney after all. You keep going from one to another of my articles and saying you are debunking them, yet you have the first time to choose any allegation I made and show a single false statement. Therefore, you are just one of life's little irritations - someone screaming loud and saying not sh(**t worthwhile.
If/when you get ready to attack one of the allegations I made, counselor, instead of trying to avoid the facts of this case by comparing me with your sick aunt, then have at it - debunk. Are you practicing for court? You and I both know you probably pay out of the butt not to ever have to go there with your feeble attempts at using personal attacks to avoid addressing the facts. I am totally unimpressed with you and your sad attempts.

Thank you, Tina. Sometimes people who publish run into folks like this person who has dedicated himself to commenting on my articles. I have been publishing for a while now, and he is my first "thorn in my side." In a way, his comments have actually been helpful. He has forced me to give more information than I had about the conspiracy to withhold justice and accountability about Larry and the ongoing victimization of 1.25 million Americans who are incarcerated for mental illness. They are imprisoned for behavior arising out of their illness when Assisted Outpatient Therapy (AOT) is needed, especially for mental patients who are non-violent and were arrested for simple offenses like vagrancy and disturbing the peace. Those psychiatric patients who did commit violent crimes should be inpatients in mental hospitals (which folks conveniently closed or downsized), not inmates.
AOT programs reduce homelessness, imprisonment, hospitalizations, and re-arrests by 85%. I believe AOT would be fully utilized in the USA if it were not more profitable to imprison mental patients at taxpayers' expense averaging $50,000 per year per prisoner and significantly more for acute mental patients and hospice patients who are inmates.
Those who oppose my advocacy know that Americans care about other human beings and object to rich people stepping on defenseless persons - whether the victims are children or sick people. They know that once Americans are informed that prison profiteering and not budget considerations account for so many overcrowded correctional institutions being filled with mentally ill citizens, the public will demand CHANGE.
I appreciate your reminding this person that it is possible to object to what another person says without resorting to personal attacks. But this often happens when there is no reasonable defense that can be made to the message itself. I have repeatedly asked the writer to voice one point that he feels I have put forth in error, but he cannot.

Geraldo does not own a television network. He only airs a show on one. When the networks don't want a story aired, there is nothing the individual hosts of shows can do about it. Yes, I have written to Geraldo and Oprah and others. I regularly update the news media on events as they occur in the Justice4Larry quest. I wrote the mainstream media companies and asked them to stop carrying ads for The Cochran Firm in Atlanta when it went to court and got Judge Wendy Shoob to issue an order saying that The Cochran Firm has no office in Georgia. They all know about this. I have been interviewed at length by several mainstream news affiliates' representatives, but they do not air the interviews or publish reports on this atrocity - too many conflicts of interest - too many higher-ups involved in the wrongdoing.
Once I corresponded for hours with a higher-up at Wall Street Journal through email about this. He wanted to know all the details. The next day, my Yahoo email box had been attacked and all emails from that night and several days before had been deleted. Silly. I had already put those emails on discs and I have those communications today. So do the people I trust to archive my work.
You will see it all in my book, because you are right. We want to be justifiably compensated for all this, and since the courts protect The Cochran Firm, maybe the book can do that as well as alert the public to exactly what we have happening around us. Hopefully, the public will demand CHANGE.
I was afraid that this cover-up might involve the government from the beginning. You should see the car that parked at our curb the early morning hours on June 15, 2004, after David McLaughlin, our assigned attorney at The Cochran Firm, sent his email message on June 14 confessing the firm's conflict of interest and inactivity against Shelby Co. Jail. It was longer than any four-door car I ever saw, black on black, with at least 6' foot antenas jutting out of the car's hood and trunk areas. I never saw anything like it except on Men in Black. I wrote about it to elected officials and to churches.
I don't know how long the car sat there, probably with listening devices to monitor our home, but it was there the entire time I dressed for work. I was not aware of the car at first. My mother watched the car as she ate breakfast at her table near her bedroom window. She was peeking through the blinds when I first entered her room and still doing it an hour later when I exited her bathroom dressed for work. I asked her what it was she was watching so intently out of her window. She replied that she was trying to see what that big, official-looking car wanted. Mama said she did not want to miss seeing whoever got out of the car, but so far it was only sitting there and no one got out. That is when I went to see the car, and WOW! I was impressed. I had seen cars like that following the dignataries in Washington, but never expected one to be on our quiet circle in Stone Mountain. Immediately when we spoke about the car and I looked at it, it drove away - as though the driver heard us.
I prayed for days after that car came, then I felt led to write The Cochran Firm and fire them, hoping if there was some evil plan, that would stop it. We did not know what was going on, but the coincidence of that car showing up time the law firm confessed its inactivity in Larry's wrongful death case against the jail was uncomfortable. Not knowing much about civil law, we believed another attorney could represent us. But we did not know - and McLaughlin did not reveal - that not only had the law firm been inactive as our attorneys against Shelby Co. Jail, but it had also done absolutely NOTHING regarding our negligence suits against the State of Tennessee and Larry's final state-appointed care home.
The other lawyers we hoped to retain said they could not start from scatch researching, preparing and filing suits against government entities who had powerful attorneys with only a few weeks remaining on statute. The Cochran Firm had not even had Mama declared the executor of Larry's estate. New lawyers would have to go through that process to enable getting Larry's medical and psychiatric background and other records, and that one step - making Mama executor - could take all the time remaining on the statute. This is what The Cochran Firm planned and the reason for ignoring earlier requests for a status report on our lawsuits.
I suppose the Memphis office of the Cochran Firm did its REAL job well - deflecting our lawsuits. The law firm's Memphis office was managed by Julian Bolton, a Shelby County commissioner. Bolton was promoted to County Treasurer after tricking my family, and later to Chairman. He even ran for Congress. If he had won, he would have been right where he belonged, apparently.
Although my family did not understand how the government was involved or why until the former attorney general and vice president were indicted in Willacy, Texas last fall, we always knew the federal government was involved somehow. No one but the government would be able to make so many higher-ups feel there would be no reprecusions from censoring me, denying my family due process of law, and stalking me without police assistance to my 911 call, etc. So my family knew who, we just did not know why until learning about prison profiteering being such an important and profitable business in America - a favorite investment among higher-ups in government, the judiciary, and the media, apparently.
You imply that I am not sincere since we don't contact mainstream media. Here is a sample email I sent when Duanna Johnson was murdered in Memphis, Tennessee. She also planned to sue Shelby Co. Jail, the third largest jail in the nation. You will see in this one email, I notified many media companies about facts that may have relevance to her slaying. None responded. I was very disturbed to discover last spring that Duanna Johnson's lawyers apparently included Julian Bolton. I believed that only spelled doom for her lawsuit against Shelby Co. Jail, not death. She was beaten by Memphis police on film in February 2008, but when she died in November, her suit against the jail had never been filed. Maybe she was trying to rush her attorneys to do something that most Memphis lawyers don't really do.

What is worse - waterboarding that leaves the victim alive, or actual murders of American citizens in custody? I hate to tell you that the latter happens not infrequently, but it gets hushed up - censored. And do not wait on mainstream media to tell you about my brother, the USDOJ-led cover-up, or about the abuses going on now behind prison and jail walls. It is up to the people to care and to protest to save lives and relieve suffering.

I posted information at my Care2 Sharebook (a blog) regarding how the public can write to Sen. Webb who proposed the National Criminal Justice Act of 2009. Note the 8th paragraph, the cyberstalker drug the data to the bottom of the screen, but left the first letter "P." Everything after a certain point is underlined in both a broken underline and a single solid line. Perhaps the cyberstalker is marking that for later removal, or it will be coded not to print. I have examples of both throughout my blog.
Oftentimes, the Care2-assigned cyberstalker codes certain text within my Sharebook not to be able to print, or he/she deletes part of my blog and allows the least damaging information to remain. Usually, the way my censorship is done is by rejecting my posts. That happens at NP. At Care2, my posts to my blog are also often rejected, like yesterday when I tried to write about Sgt. John Russel, the man who suffered acute PTSD and killed five comrades and is charged with murder. Yesterday, that also occurred at PollDaddy, and NP. Frequently, when I attempt to comment on behalf of the incarcerated mentally ill on mainstream news, there is a scrambled code to which the cyberstalkers continually post a response to my input falsely claiming that it was not descrambled correctly. One day, I did that repeatedly and made printouts of my correct input and the cyberstalkers' responses.
I have enough data on print and on film to teach a college class on modern techniques of censorship on the Internet. They use all their latest techniques to contain the information about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and the Cochran Firm Fraud, as well as to protect private prisons from financial loss if the mentally ill are removed from prisons into decent hospitals (or community care, if they are non-violent), as we advocate.
Yahoo announced that it bounced over 1,400 emails that were sent to me since I announced plans for a HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH in mid-April. That is a very significant increase from the normal 1 to 3 email bounces that occurred prior to my announcement of the march for prisoners' rights.
e-Mails I send are frequently redirected to the recipient's SPAM folders, or they may arrive with a warning that the email came from a suspected terrorist group. That also happened to the mail from an AIMI group member who was writing some of her friends in the police department to solicit funds for an animal shelter. One of her friends told her that her mail was coded that way and that he could not open it. THE TRUTH TERRORIZES WRONGDOERS!
Sometimes, when I do get emails through to people that speak on behalf of incarcerated mentally ill people or denounce prisoner abuse, I immediately receive threatening a email, like a flash of a car accident, a coffin, or some other cyberterrorism appears on my screen. That censorship is done because the killer is in prison in Florida, and they intend to keep him there, although he has spent his life as a mental patient and should be in a hospital. A judge committed him to a hospital several months before he murdered two people, but the psychotic man was released - probably to save money or to wait until he did something bad enough to earn prison profiteers lots of revenue for the next 50 years. Well, now they have their wish. When I had their pictures on my page (the killer and one of his victims, a former Marine who suffered PTSD), the cyberstalker removed them. Censorship is done differently on different sites. Sometimes, I get another member or Amy in NP management to post for me, and other times I wait and resume when I have free film available to capture the interference. A sample of that is at this Los Angeles Times article. I had to get CJaye to post my comment, because the LA Times would not allow me to post anything to their site. Mainstream news media is very much involved in censoring news that is adverse to prison profiteering and/or The Cochran Firm.

I have reported the censorship and cyberterrorism to the police, the FBI, the USDC, the USDOJ, and the federal agency that supposedly investigates Internet crimes. Nobody responded on the illegal practice yet. Maybe they are doing it, for all I know. Whoever does it has broad capabilities, because it happens at so many diverse Internet addresses.
Internet censorship in the 21st century is the modern equivalent of Nazi book-burning, and it happens frequently, is accomplished more easily, and makes no smoke, so the people being censored in many cases may not even know that it is happening, and the hosts of Internet sites often do not know that people are being prevented from commenting on their blogs or joining their Internet communities.
Lately, my cyberterrorism centers around HOUSEFIRES. I suppose since I took to staying home to dodge those who follow me, including a USDOT truck that was paid for with YOUR tax money, they threaten to burn us out. I usually get ten housefire and forest fire ads a day while online. Do you?
