Sprint, Verizon, AT&T to Sell iPhone 5 in mid-October

Here's your October surprise, iPhone fans. Sprint will be selling the iPhone 5 in mid-October 2011. AT&T and Verizon will also offer the iPhone 5. Apparently Sprint will also carry the iPhone 4.

So, if you're planning on getting a brand-new iPhone, hold out for just a little longer. You knew the new iPhone was coming, but now you know when. Pricing is not confirmed, but Verizon and AT&T had been subsidizing the iPhone in exchange for signing your soul away a two-year contract. Buying an iPhone outright costs over $600.

Previously, it had been reported that the iPhone 5 would debut in September, but that is not the case, it would seem.
