Apple TV: iTV Is Real, According to Foxconn Boss
Foxconn chief Terry Gou has confirmed the electronic megafactory's plan to manufacture the oft-rumored Apple TV, which he called the iTV when talking to China Daily.
Cult of Mac has a product mockup pic of the Apple TV, which is described as resembling the high-end Apple Cinema Displays. The Apple TV will feature FaceTime capability as well as Siri voice control. Siri will have to get a major update for voice control of a TV to be viable, though.
In case you were wondering, WWDC is June 11-15 at Moscone Center in San Francisco.
So, if you were thinking of buying new Apple products between now and June 15, you may want to wait. The iTV may or may not be announced at WWDC 2012, but actual production of the Apple TV has not yet begun.
