Jodie Fisher Settled Sexual Harassment Claim With HP CEO Mark Hurd - Fisher Actress Who Appeared In Reality Show Age of Love (video).
The women at the center of a sexual harassment case involving the former CEO of Hewlett Packard, Mark Hurd has been publicly identified on Sunday.
Her name is Jodie Fisher. The 50 year old actress and single mom also has used the names, Jodie Coady and Jodie Codie-Fisher.
Jodie Fisher, who worked on contract for HP's marketing department, said she was "surprised and saddened" that Hurd lost his job. She said that the two did not have a sexual relationship.
At HP, I was under contract to work at high-level customer and executive summit events held around the country and abroad," Fisher said in a statement. "I prepared for those events, worked very hard and enjoyed working for HP."
The sexual harassment claims against Mark Hurd were dropped instead he was fired for falsifying expenses accounts.
Fisher has an interesting background ranging from commercial real estate to acting. Her most recent and prominent role being as a reality TV contestant in the show Age Of Love - which pitted a younger women vs an older women as competed for the romantic attention of a younger man.
Fisher played a bartender in the 2009 movie "Easy Rider: The Ride Back," a revisionist drama about the main character in Peter Fonda's original Easy Rider. She was a housewife in the 1998 movie "The Outsider," about a futuristic theme park where people interact with androids. And she was a telepath in the 1997 Star Trek video game
At HP, Fisher was hired by Mark Hurd to organize special corporate events, earning about $5000 per event.
