Actually Johnny won't be there himself, his creator Dan Pink will.
Besides bankers, commoners like yours truly are welcome to attend.

The event titled Dan Pink’s Adventures in Manga takes place at the Japan Society on Monday, October 6 at 6:30 pm.

Tickets can be purchased online
General Admission :$10

In case you don't have a clue who-what Johnny Bunko is about, Read the first 61 Pages of the Book online.

To summarize here are the 6 Rules for Johnny (as taught by Diana):

1.    There is no plan.
2.    Think strengths, not weaknesses
3.    It’s not about you.
4.    Persistence trumps talent.
5.    Make excellent mistakes
6.    Leave an imprint.

Thanks to Fumiko Miyamoto (Japan Society) for keeping me in the loop and inviting me.
