Jules et Bertrand (aka. Gord and Frank), the Bell Canada beaver mascots
have shown up in many a métro station from giant billboard ads to them
pointing to a smaller billboard of a cellphone.

It reads: Jules, is it normal to be drawn to a cellphone?
