Rate fixing.  That's just what we do.  If we didn't fix the rates, who could we trust to do it better?

That's the view of the men and women of global finance.  

Now, what are we to do with this layer of society who might bristle at the thought of a pick pocketer, but are so untroubled by their privileged minds that they would line up the rest of us for a shake down that would make Al Capone blush.
