It looks like Lulz Security hacked the CIA's website. CIA.gov fails to load. LulsSec made the statement via Twitter.

Within the past few days, LulzSec brought down Minecraft, EVE Online, PBS.org, pron.com, and several other sites. In these attacks, LulzSec claims no greater purpose beyond just showing that it can be done.

In compromising senate.gov, LulzSec poked fun at the Pentagon's assertion that cybercrime is to be considered an act of warfare.

They didn't hack the CIA's website. They DDoS'd it, which is something entirely different. Do some research before you write an article next time.
