Microsoft Chief To UK Audience | Message | Start Cutting

Interesting to see that Microsoft chief Steve Ballmer is preaching a "cut to grow" message to a UK audience. Ballmer says though IT spending will increase this year by around 1.8%, businesses will have to start thinking about cuts.  Ballmer says " ... in this economy we may have to cut a little more deeply just to free up the things we want to invest..."
