After the mamoth un-succesful tussel that Microsoft went through when trying to buy the shaky legged search technology provider 'Yahoo',Redmond Is once again eyeing the search engine.
But this time not a complete buy out but actually a more appropriate partnership.
The partnership sounds cleaner and more coherent this time: Yahoo would focus on media and sell search and advertising, Microsoft would build the search and display-ad serving technology.
Said one source: “It’s closer than it has ever been…"
