The Apollo 11 command module Columbia is hanging inside the Flight gallery of the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC (USA). This command module carried astronauts Neil Armstrong, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin, and Michael Collins on their historic voyage to the Moon and back on July 16-24, 1969 and culminated in the first human steps on the moon. The reminder of the first manned lunar landing mission instantly drew my attention and I took the great picture with great difficulty through my Minolta X700 camera in 2004 as I did not have any wide angle lens then to capture quite a large capsule.
