Networking giant 3Com targeted by HP

HP's hand was back itches. Then the acquisition will be in action. This time the target of the network giant 3Com. 

HP also announced its intention to take over 3Com with a cash value of U.S. $ 2.7 billion, or U.S. $ 7.90 per share. Of course, this intention must also get approval from U.S. government agencies as well as 3Com shareholders. But the board reportedly 3Com and HP are both already agreed on this.

HP hopes the deal can be closed in the first half of 2010.
