New iPod Shuffle: Bigger on the Inside

Apple introduced a new iPod Shuffle. The good news: 4GB capacity means more music for jogging or the gym. The bad news: the controls are on the earphone cable, so you're stuck (for now) with Apple's crappy earphones.
The tiny device still has no screen, but now features VoiceOver, which reads you your playlist like some kind of tiny robotic DJ. A neat feature in theory, but would drive me berzerk in practice.
The new Shuffle also talks to you. Press the center button on the remote (a long press) and the "VoiceOver" function will tell you the name of the song and artist you are listening to, and it will also read your playlists. This is a rather helpful new feature, especially since, at 4GB, the Shuffle is approaching the capacity of the original full-sized white iPod.
Like its predecessors, the Shuffle uses a flash drive and has no moving parts, hence a very long battery life.
The thing costs US$80, and is indeed quite tiny- I've taken larger vitamins (orally, just to clarify).
