No way this is a UFO. Looking at the cloudieness of the day, I would say a large ballon is blowing along with the wind. But, if someone actually showed me this same object performing those sudden high speed, directional changes. The sort that would normally exceed human stress limits. Then I would say UFO... But, not today.
