Our very own co-founder and CTO Michael Meyers is suited and booted for the New York Emmy Awards, where NowPublic is nominated for an emerging tech award.
Update: ... It was an honor just to be nominated. Hey, it's tough to beat Madison Square Garden. Fuhgeddaboudit!

ugh, my phone died. i'll make sure the qik videos and photos get up asap. i had a great time tonight. special thanks to my date lori harfenist who kept me entertained and laughing all night long! lori does awesome work - check out her stuff http://www.youtube.com/user/theresident
i was sad to loose to msg (which was up for the most awards of any org) but it was truly an honor to even be nominated by an MSM org like the academy! i met a lot of great folks, had a wonderful time.

I keep telling everyone that NP hasn't even reached it's stride yet. We are still so young and there's no telling what it will eventually morph into. I'm guessing that one day we'll all look back with comments such as; "remember when ...."
I love NP and I love writing for them - congratulations on the nomination everyone!
