An e-mail exchange took place last week between a St. Louis man who describes himself as “a long-time customer” of a large retail store chain and a representative of the company’s customer service department. It began April 3 with a simple question:
“Are you planning on bringing a (name of company) to the St. Louis area anytime soon? Thank you, Ron”.
The rest will surprise you.

Unfortunately, this is also the case in the UK as well. Not a single policy during the crisis has helped small business. In fact, the tax authorities have increased the hunt for tax revenue and the banks have cracked down on businesses with increased interest payments and restricted lending. There is no incentive to start a business or take on new employees, let alone inexperienced youth with attitude problems.
