Actually martial law will start even earlier and in "private" because of the red and blue list. martial law is meant for those on the yellow list and green list to be picked up later. i forgot how many color codes they have but the green list is "chosen ones" selected to live in safe zones underground while all hell breaks loose above and the shit hits the fan. the government is doing all it can to disarm and deprive before it makes its move. expect an unfair battle against evil. The bad guys are way ahead of you and they have already thought out this strategy
