PinoyJUG meetup featuring Spring

Lorenzo Dee, Software Architect at the Orange & Bronze Software Labs (O&B), explains to members of PinoyJUG, the association of Filipino Java developers, how Spring Integration fast-tracks web services projects while lowering the chance of bugs, during the recent PinoyJUG meeting at the O&B headquarters. O&B Senior Software Engineer, Vincent Lim, also headed a discussion on Spring Roo during the event, a rapid-application-development framework based on Spring. The Spring Framework is the dominant middleware framework in Enterprise Java, used in approximately 70 percent of large Enterprise Java systems. O&B is considered the foremost authority in the Spring Framework in the country, being the first Philippine-based SpringSource partner.
