Pinterest has banned all content explicitly encourage self-harm or self-abuse in regards to anorexia or bulimia, namely "thinspo" pinboards, as of April 6th.

Following Tumblr's lead for banning anti-healthy content, Pinterest will no longer allow users to pin pro-anorexic and bulimic posters to boards.

February 2011, Tumblr prohibited the posting of unhealthy content, banning pages that actively promote self-harm such as anorexia, bulimia, self-mutilation or suicide.

Now, in response to the growth of thinspo pinborards on the site, Pinterest has released a similar policy. Making an update to its Acceptable Use Policy, Pinterest now bans pins for unhealthy issues like anorexia and bulimia.

Pinterest's new terms of service dictate that as of April 6, any pins or boards that “explicitly encourage self-harm or abuse" will be banned from the site.

I'm fine with curves, thank you.

I knew someone in high school die in a hospital because she was two malnourished from being anorexic.

I don't think one single doctor would tell you that the Pro Ana Diet is healthy.
