As per the PMI’s requirement, the project management experience gained should be within last 8 years prior to the application and the experience is not supposed to overlap.

PMP Examination

PMP examination comprises of 200 multiple choice questions with four options. Out of the 200 questions, twenty five questions are considered as pretest questions which are not included in the score for the exam. They are used by PMI to test the validity of questions for future inclusion. The duration of the exam is 4 hours. Your score is calculated based on your response to the 175 questions.
