Porn Pulled by iTunes

So, after four glorious days of Apple-sponsored porn on the iPhone, Apple has yanked its premier porn application, Hottest Girls: 2200+ Topless, Sexy babes and Nude Models.

And, apparently, Apple may ban pornographic applications all together, forever and ever.

Forever ever?

According to the CBC, the application's developer spoiled the whole bunch of apples by uploading "inappropriate content directly from their server after the application had been approved and distributed, and after the developer had subsequently been asked to remove some offensive content."

That rapscallion! Oh, the anger!

As previously reported, the application offered nude pictures of gorgeous women directly to your iPhone or iPod Touch. Evidently, it was quite popular.



Perhaps they foresaw the Great Golden Hammer coming down. Even so, these individuals are silly for paying $1.99 for a nude-pic application when , of course, most free porn-streaming sites offer iPhone-friendly versions of their videos. Not that we know anything about that.

Apple has already banned several applications this year, including one by Nine Inch Nails and another featuring the South Park cartoon.
