Remote EEG "Mind Reading" and Gangstalking
One of the complaints often heard from individuals targeted by "gangstalking" and other forms of covert psychological attacks is that it seems as if their thoughts are being read and responded to almost instantly. Well, that may prove to be true. However, it is not supernatural power, but rather a technology called remote EEG. EEG or electroencephalography is the ability to read levels of electrical activity in different parts of the brain. In essence, the technology can read faint electrical impulses produced by the brain that reveal changes in our emotional state and brain behavior.
Researchers have developed technology that allows EEG to be conducted remotely and with wireless devices. Previously, EEG required electrical sensors to be attached to the scalp for readings.
A University of Dayton researcher in this field explains the current capability of this technology: “In every brain activity, there is a characteristic deviation in the brain wave pattern,” whether it’s a mental activity like doing math or spelling a word, or an emotion like jealousy or anger . . ." Remote EEG records those characteristic brain wave changes and identifies the emotion or mental activity that generates it as it occurs. This appears to be a logical explanation for the "mind reading" commonly associated with gangstalking and psychological harassment. Individuals who are targeted for psychological attacks can be monitored for changes in their emotional state and characteristic brain wave patterns indicating certain types of mental activity.
I can only speculate on the form such technology takes and how it is hidden. However, the fact that it is wireless means that it can be well hidden from the targeted victim whether in his home or during his daily routine. I can imagine a"gangstalker" walking a few feet in front of his victim while a portable EEG in his backpack wirelessly records the victim's electrical brain wave patterns. That information can sent securely by wireless transmission to a nearby laptop computer for analysis by a covert agent.
A Washington Post article discussed Remote EEG, and hints rather strongly at the intended use of this technology by military agencies and local police. ". . . though government funding focuses on military uses for these new gizmos, they can and do end up in the hands of civilian law enforcement and in commercial applications."
Such technology can serve as a powerful psychological weapon allowing covert agents to get a clear picture of how psychological attacks are affecting a targeted individual in real time. This allows them to tailor psychological attacks to have the most destructive emotional effect on the victim.
One application of this technology commonly proposed is the use of remote EEG devices to read the electrical brain patterns of individuals as they enter airports and Federal buildings to assess their emotional state. Authorities could then detain individuals as potential terrorists who appear to be extremely nervous based solely on a reading of electrical brain impulses.
This technology has a background in military applications. It was originally developed with the intent of quickly doing remote EEG's on the battlefield on wounded soldiers to determine the level of brain damage.
It appears to be highly likely that individuals are being targeted by military/covert agencies as "test dummies" for this technology. That would certainly explain the puzzling sensation that someone knows what you are feeling or thinking and is using your thoughts as a trigger for psychological harassment.

To get more info on this technology, do a Google search for remote EEG. A "dumbed down" version of this technology is currently being used to develop software that allows computer games to be played simply by thinking your actions. The software interprets your thoughts into actions of the game character in real time. Here is a Inc. Magazine article about this mind controlled gaming technology: www.inc.com/magazine/20081201/reality-bites_pagen_4.html.

ignorant is such a strong word being thrown around these days at individuals who already can read and write!

This is just another of a new class of weapons that can track, torture and slow-kill individuals remotely, and specifically target the brain. The ability to degrade or control the mental processes is the new battlefield.
