Robo-Signing is Ruling the Foreclosure Market in Florida
After all the scandal last year involving the robo-signing is still a common practice by some lenders, Foreclosure Warehouse has learned:
In this March, the top mortgage lenders of America have promised to end up the doubtful cases of foreclosure activities that led to a scandal previous year. However, the investigation conducted by the Reuters proves that many lenders are still following the same short process that they promised on giving up starting from the insufficient mortgage documents to the practice of ‘robo-signers’.
OneWest Bank has tried to evict an eighty seven years old woman, Margery Gunter, from her two bedroom apartment in Florida. Then the case was pushed under the courthouse where the bank has produced the documents of the mortgages, full of discrepancies.
