A loss making car company SAAB been sold to Dutch luxury car manufacturer Spyker.



A $74m deal been announced along with $326m of preferred shares by GM. Along with deal between GM and Spyker, Saab requested a 400 million euro loan from Swedish government which was seen as a key for sale.
